Oil Cooler adventures

Hi all, been away for a while so haven’t really had a chance to do much FF stuff. I went to replace the o rings to resolve the oil cooler leak yesterday - all fine until I overtightened the retaining bolt and snapped it Big Cry

It’s not all bad as further investigation showed that it might well have been the oil cooler seals themselves leaking, as opposed to the traditional o rings.

New oil cooler has been ordered from advanced factors so I’ll get it stripped and ready once the rain stops.

I just wanted to ask the collective wisdom whether there are any other seals I need or jobs I should do while the donut is out (I’ll be cleaning the donut and throttle body while I have the chance)?

Many thanks

I would consider replacing the EGR coolant hose on the left hand side or O ring if you can find the correct size. 2012 Vogue TDV8 in Aintree green
