USB cable routing for the dash

I'm gradually sorting out my ICE for the car having bought a £40 screen to mount. The screen works well but I need to get rid of the power cable for that and for the wireless charging phone mount too. The plan is to put a multi port USB hub somewhere in the centre console or glove box area then route cables behind the dash to pop out next to where they're needed, so nicely tucked out of the way.

To do this I need a few things and any help or guidance is gratefully received. First, a place to put the hub. Is there somewhere in the centre console, e.g. under the gear selector that I could tuck the hub into? I'll need to run a power and ground line to the fuse box too so having a path to that would be great. And how do I get to it? I assume the passenger side of the console comes off somehow?

Second, can I run a couple of cables from where the hub goes to come out of the dash in the location below, or on the driver's side? I had a look, it all seems pretty snug. If so, how do I get in there without pulling the entire dash apart?

If I can solve that, all I'll need to do to finish it all off is the right cables to keep them tucked away, i.e. 90 degree angle ones, and it will all look great!

Given the lack of replies, here's my solution.

USB-C cables are simply pushed into the gap in the trim at the top. Once they're in the phone charger and the screen unit, it's easy to get the routing right.

Underneath, I removed the side panel trim by the center tunnel. Then I could put a USB hub there, wired into the fuse box with a piggy back fuse.

After a few cable ties, the hub is tucked at the front and the cables neatened up.

The end result is really tidy and one of the spare sockets has enabled me to sort out some mood lighting too.

Interesting set-up, looks like a very cost effective way to get a modern upgrade.

I went out for a test drive today, all good. My only criticism is that the screen is quite reflective, I'm going to have a hunt for some matt film to see if I can take the shine off but keep the touch screen features.
