I'm hoping for some diagnostics guru help .
I've done some work on the SC ( 06 MY ) a leaky rear airbag and NSF ride height sensor and now whatever I try the EAS is refusing to re pressurize ! now before everyone starts going on about the iid tool I don't have one I'm using a Launch 919E
I depressurized using the launch all well and good and presuming this disabled the EAS at the same time carried out the airbag change and ride height sensor change at the same time and all good no fault from the sensor and all voltages checking out ok . Now the issue starts
I'm still getting code code C1A 0053 now I understand this isn't a fault code as such and telling me the status of the RLM which is
ECU operational mode - normal
Leveling in progress status - no leveling functionality
Control tolerance state - normal tolerance
now is there some other module I need to go to first to make the EAS active now I'll be honest all this diagnostic is all above my hammer and spanner pay grade , I understand that things need to be done a little differently with the launch as i had to manually revert the settings normal .
any help would be greatly received .
And yes I have the other basics battery condition / charge fuses , steering wheel reset etc. Range rover 4.2 SC 06MY.
