Rear brakes GAP setting?

Pardon my stupid question, but what is the setting within IID Control to put the electronic handbrake in “service” mode? I’m about to start doing the rears (4.4 TDV8) and all I can find is “unjam procedure”. I’m guessing that’s not it, is it?

Where should I be looking?
