Time to play "guess that part"!

I found this resting in the battery compartment when charging my battery today. Any ideas what it is and where should it go? It definitely wasn't where it was supposed to be!

Just spotted that someone else posted almost the same thing! I guess that explains why there are a few lose pipes and cables in there too 😂
