2024-Security issues resolved or is a Ghost etc still needed

As above - picked up a 2024 AB but not sure if this needs a ghost installed? Have the issues been resolved or are these still being stolen?

According to JLR’s CEO the issue is fixed and insurance prices appear more reasonable than a year ago for most people.

I have something similar to a Ghost fitted and have turned off the keyless function. I prefer it for piece of mind. LR don’t mind because when mine went in for the security recall, as part of their check list, they asked if it had a Ghost fitted and just shrugged when I said yes. No issues with warranty.

Fitting a decent tracker often brings down the insurance cost. MY23 D350 HSE

when I purchased my approved used L405 I asked whether fitting a ghost would cause warranty issues and the response was a def no problem, crack on. Keyless off, ghost and an extra tracker, and a wheel lock and I can leave mine and feel pretty comfortable that in most places, there will be an easier target than mine First time FFRR owner
