Time for a new battery?

Just got in my L322 TDV8 4.4 and went to start it, que lots of clicking and flashing lights on the dash but no V8 rumble. It was working fine yesterday when I was doing a few things with it so I suspect the battery is low and probably on its way out. It had a long run on Tuesday to top it up, hence thinking if it's low that quickly, it's the problem. I've got a trickle charger I'll put on it once it stops raining to confirm it's a low battery that's the issue.

What's the go to replacement battery for these? I popped into Halfords and the choice was a £270 Halfords stop start one (do we even have stop start) or a £160 Yuasa one.

It's great to see the RR is true to form and costing me money from the moment it's landed on my drive 😅

https://www.tayna.co.uk/ The Varta A5 is the same as the original OEM without the Land Rover sticker on. Just make sure whatever you choose it’s an AGM battery.

Check with JLR as they are gradually selling off the 322 parts to clear stock... Worth a call? Thumbs Up

I charged the battery today and the car started immediately afterwards so it's either a knackered battery and/or a current drain somewhere. New battery is on its way, I guess we'll see how that goes.
