Sweep indicators on wing mirror

Some inconsiderate bastard in a Transit smashed off my drivers side wing mirror he didn’t stop and apart from facing the wrong way I was a bit to shocked to give chase - you can imagine how close he was ! So, I could get a pair of sweep indicators from Alibaba for a tenner or pay an extortionate price to JLR for just one. I chose the former but I only replaced the broken one, sweep one side and standard the other will that be OK for MOT or will I need to do both. Hi I think I have my old standard indicators at home somewhere I fitted the sweep indicators from Powerful UK. I'll check and maybe I can send you my redundant ones. I did have to gouge out the torx screws on one of them because the head of the torx had rounded off.

Darren that would be great if you can find them, if you do I’m happy to post the sweep indicators to another member for the postage cost (happy to pay your postage cost as well). As I say I don’t really like them although they do look cool. I just have too many RR bits and pieces hanging around already Very Happy Geoff

Found them, there a bit dirty and i'll give them a clean. Drop me a pm with your address and i'll send them in the post. I've marked were I had to break the screw housing to get them off, but i imagine the other scree hole will suffice.

Neither to I - they belong in the toy department.

Functional lights should be just that - no silly effects that belong on Christmas trees.
