Chef, I just did the bulb swap last weekend (with some support from Gremlin) and the new bulbs just slotted straight in. The beam is spot on. As Stan says it shouldn't need adjusing.
I wonder if you haven't got it seated properly. Might be worth taking the bulb out again and jiggling it? If you have the patience

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Loire Blue

So back to the garage this morning, car put on the mot bay and the headlight machine, lights are set correctly! Must be dodgy bulbs, they can go back to Amazon! New osram bulbs will get fitted when the car comes back from the detainers next week!
I’ve given up on the LED upgrade.
