Yes but there are some possible exceptions as some countries require winter tyres if the conditions require (I.e. full on snow covered roads) - it varies by country so the below link helps:

Hi Will, for France you need 3PMSF marked tyres in certain mountainous regions from 1st November - 31st March unless you carry snow chains and then it doesn't matter what tyres you have.

ok ...am i right in saying that Pirelli all season don't have 3pmsf marking and just have the m&s logo ? |

Unfortunately I think you are right, my Pirelli all seasons only have the M&S marking on them. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

Pirelli does have all season with 3pmsf - snowflake tyres. Scorpion All Season SF2, I have them fitted and very happy with them. |
