Data limit reached. Add more mobile data

Hi all, i'm getting the following error message on my head unit.

"Data limit reached. Add more mobile data to continue using online media and try again"


My plan has renewed with Ubigi so I have plenty of data and my in-control account is still active until December.

I hardly use the inbuilt apps just using android auto for most things but the error message flashes up every thirty seconds so is really distracting. I also haven't changed any settings before this started happening.

Googling seems to indicate a back end problem in the past when this last occurred but I cant find any issues this year.

Anybody else having the same issue or know how to fix this problem ? Thanks. 2021 P400 Silicon Silver AB

I'm answering my own post here just to close this off. As part of my troubleshooting I decided to pop a sim into the sim slot to see if that made any difference only to discover I had a 3 data sim in there from a couple of years ago that has now expired Laughing Embarassed Sim now removed and the error has unsurprisingly gone.
