Hi folks, swapped the rear nearside door on my 2016 MY L405 due to some damage to the old door.

Mostly gone to plan!

However the window will not activate from the switch on the drivers door and has been working intermittently from the switch on the replacement door. Unplugging and reconnecting the cable seems to help. Also the lock will not actuate.

The soft close function and the speakers work fine.

Suspecting the connections weren’t good I’ve tried closing up the spade connections within the block to no avail. There are some numbers on the block corresponding to different connections.

Please does anyone have an idea which connection corresponds to the window feed from drivers switch pack and also which corresponds to the central locking function.

I’m still suspicious that the connections are at fault however any other suggested welcome. For example does the replacement door need coding into the car for those functions to communicate with a different door…….

Thanks for the info…….sorted today. Swapped the loom and module etc from the original door to the replacement. Some slight differences and all working ok now  Current
