No Drive - Trans Failsafe mode

Hi I have a 2004 4.4 (BMW ) l322 , while driving noticed a winning noise then when tried to pull off from a robot it was jurking then went fine again , managed to get it home but then went into trans failsafe and now has no drive .codes found is 5223 , P0780 and P0730 . If someone can maybe give some ideas what to possibly check ?
