Might be worth trying Sussex Auto Parts Ltd, Hailsham. They might be able to supply. They do gearbox repairs and reconditioning and supply parts. John

All the 5HP24 transmission sumps/oil pans are identical. The part numbers are:

ZF – 1058 203 013
BMW – 24 10 1 422 970
Jaguar – JLM20215
Land Rover – TED000020

The sumps may have different stickers on the bottom as the different car companies specified their own part number for the fluid.

Note that the oil pan for the 5HP24A transmissions used by Audi is completely different.

I generally get mine powder coated as they do rust badly.

I used to repair 5HP24 transmissions for fun, before I got very old & retired - https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic38676.html

I still have some parts in the garage, so I’ll have a look and get back to you.

I've had a look and, yes, I still have some used sump pans lying around which have been shot blasted and powder coated on the exterior. Yours for £50 +postage. Just send me a PM if you're interested.

Canada

Sorry to revive this thread but since these oil pans are no longer available, my quest to find a non rusty one lead this Canadian goose accross the pond lol. Thank you Phil for the information that they are interchangeable from different models, that helps tremendously in my search!
If you happen to have anymore laying around I would definitely be interested!

Cheers!
