Fuel filter prime

Planning on doing all the filters on the TTV6 in the next couple of weeks and I am wondering if there are any tricks to bleeding/priming the fuel filter?
Thanks
Pete

No issues as such priming it, but you may get a water in fuel sensor issue.

Fill the filter with diesel first and then attach the water in fuel sensor. Then flip it over, fit it to the housing and remove the rubber caps from the hose ports and attach all hoses.

Cycle the ignition 5-10 times for 10 seconds.

Then start the engine. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

As Gary said - the filter will self-prime with the ignition on. I don’t pre-fill the filter and it still primes without any issue at all.
