Strange alarm behavior - any suggestions?

Hi everyone

So my 2012 TDV8 RR is beeping once on unlock - at the same time it resets the clock and date. At first it seemed to be randomly happening, but weirdly I seem to have narrowed it down to it being on flat ground or with the front facing downhill on a downward slope. Have the front facing up on an upward slope and it doesn’t do it.

It appears to never do it when the front is facing upwards. However, to make sure I’m going to try parking and locking it using some ramps this week and see what happens.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this, things to check/look for?

Thanks in advance.

Steve

Check the bonnet switch - beep alerting to the bonnet being open, despite being shut.

Can't understand why it should re-set the clock tho'! Confused The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile

Unfortunately bonnet switch didn’t make a difference. It’s operating as it should. I tried deactivating the level sensor on the alarm in the CCF file today and that made no difference too.
