High Beam Assist - help please!

Hi,

I fitted a HBA mirror to my 2012 Westminster at the weekend, and updated the CCF using my GAP tool to the below values;

Auto high beam 1
Fitted
Auto high beam 2
Enabled
Auto high beam 3
UK

However, I get the auto light icon on the dash with ignition on, but it goes straight out when the engine is started, and it's dark - even if I drive over 25mph nothing happens, and the normal lights on symbol is on, but no 'auto' lights icon!

Does anyone else have a GAP tool they can check to see if their high beam 3 value is UK? Or have HBA and understand how it works - maybe I'm missing something!

Thanks

Craig at https://www.cam-tech-landrover.co.uk/ fitted and sorted mine as aftermarket mod upgrade for me a few years ago - I'd get him to look at it and sort it for you... He's very good...

I fixed this by using the below settings in my CCF, found on disco3 forum.

Auto high beam 1
Fitted
Auto high beam 2
Disabled
Auto high beam 3
Rest Of World

This kept the auto light on when the car has been started - and after a good 30min drive, it's nice and quick to react to oncoming traffic!

I'd definitely recommended this if you can pick up a cheap(ish) rear view mirror with the HBA camera on 2010-2012 cars.

And thanks tvrforever - useful to know they can help if needed !
