Disconnected hooked pipe, possibly vacuum?

Hi Guys,

I recently had an idler pulley fail which grenaded the belt and required me to replace quite a few parts. However, upon re-assembly I've come across a thing hooked tube that seems to run up along one of the intake pipes towards the airbox but cannot see anything this would connect to.

Any help would be appreciated as when the belt went, quite a few things got knocked out of place and so am not sure if i've even routed it correctly.

It's a 2007 3.6tdv8 Autobiography and the hoses are on the left hand side of the vehicle next to the air box. (Right hand side when looking at it from the front.)

It looks to be a breather pipe and not meant to be connected to anything in the engine bay…. Thumbs Up ______________________________

Thanks, I thought it might have been but couldn't find any pictures online and the belt had knocked other hoses off so wanted to double check Smile
