I suspect they require changing because they come with thread locket pre-applied like they do for Defenders:

(I did a count of these at work yesterday and we had over 50 of them.)
If that's the case, clean up the old bolts and apply thread locker. Don't use an ultra-high strength locker. That's what I currently do on my Rangie (and previous Rangies). Ron B. VK2OTC
