Massage seat stopped functioning

Hi all,

Got a problem on my 2015 (4.4 Autobiography) where the massage seat function has stopped working.

You press the on-screen button which then shows as on, but nothing actually happens. You can't then turn it 'off' - you press the button again, which changes from orange to normal, but then it comes back on (or rather shows as orange) again.

Whilst you're pressing, the screen 'behind' is is also picking up the key presses.

All the various air bladders on the seat still work.

I did wonder if it was like my L322 which needed an occasional battery disconnect to hard-reset everything - thoughts?

(I was going to try, but saw that the L405 has a second battery, so thought I'd ask first on here about how to do a reset)

Suggestions welcome!!

I think they can be just fickle.
Mine went in for the latest security update and now the back massage function only goes half way up the seat. Did wonder if it was to scare off smaller thieves.

Right, finally got around to looking at this again - prompted by my wife as she has noticed that the heat/cool function in the passenger front has stopped working (the dial and screen both think it's working, but nothing actually happens - drivers works fine).

I looked at the fuses and pulled what (according to the diagram at least) were the ones for the heating function in the rear fuse box - hasn't made a difference.

But... reading the manual, there appear to be other fuses in the glove box that simply say 'passenger seat'

So, I'm getting more frustrated.

I looked to just disconnect the battery, but it has start/stop, so has two batteries - do they both need to be disconnected?

Help gratefully received!
