Rear seat problems

Hi Guys, I have had a problem with the large rear seat not working.

I have extended warranty and have asked JLR to look at it when it was in 6 weeks ago when it was in for a flush of oil on the transfer box.
I was informed then that it had loosed communication but needed to book it in for investigation,

So last Friday the car went in for two days and when I picked it up I was told that after inspection the 30amp fuse had blown on 58 rear fuse bank.

This I questioned as if a fuse blows then it would point to a short or an overload?
ie: the seat is jamming or the motor is failing.

I was told its working now, you owe us £12 for the fuse as its not covered under warranty.

I went out to collect the car and checked the function of the seat and it was working and went home.

So the car sat for Tuesday, this morning Wednesday I open the car up, pressed the button and click which sounded like a fuse pop the seat did not work.

I checked the fuse and it had blown again. Censored

On the phone again three times to get the service agent to answer me the car is now booked in for the 2nd of September. I have been told. that they will have to pull the carpets out to check the wiring loom.

Has any one else had a problem with the rear seat blowing fuse's. 2017 SDV8 4.4 silicon silver AB
