Hi guys, does anybody know of the whereabouts of a definitive list of beep codes and what they mean? This is driving me mad not knowing.
When I open my tailgate, after using the kick manoeuvre,, it opens automatically and beeps 3 times, pauses and then beeps 10 more times. what the heck do they mean, anybody any idea?  _______________________________________________

Can anybody point to anywhere where I might be able to find what these bloody beeps actually mean? As I said, open the tailgate using the "kick under the rear bumper" technique, both upper and lower tailgate open, 3 beeps, pause, then 10 beeps. No codes, nothing on dash. This is driving me absolutely nuts, it is so infuriating not being able to find any mention of their meaning.  _______________________________________________

Tried the manual, both online and also downloaded the service manual from the wiki and I cannot find any mention of these beep codes meaning? I will check again as I suppose JLR may have found it far too easy to call them 'beep' codes and name them something else?  _______________________________________________

Finally got this sorted. After having disconnected the battery whilst reconnecting it and putting everything back in the back I hit my head on the tailgate. So I pushed the tailgate up higher and held in the button to set it and now, as if by magic, no more beeps when I open the tailgate! Go figure!  _______________________________________________
