AJV8 limp and Lambda problems?

I have come across a strange problem with my 2006 AJV8. The transfer box has been out and swapped over. In the process of doing this all 4 oxygen sensors on the exhaust were disconnected and the exhaust dropped slightly. Transfer box reinstalled (now discovered faulty rebuild Censored ).

When starting the car after this it initially runs ok, cold. However when it warms up, and the lambda sensors have the ability to change the fuelling it struggles to idle and dies. If you start it up and use a good amount of throttle to keep it running it will enter restricted performance mode and carry on.

I have done the following:
Plugged in GAP IID and no fault codes are thrown up.
Checked the wiring visually and confirmed all oxygen sensor plugs are plugged in correctly.
Installed a new post cat sensor on bank 1- no change
Swapped the new post cat sensor to bank 2 - no change
Scratched my head lots and looked at it.
Sworn a few times.

Is anyone able to give me some pointers?

Perhaps expected values for Pre-cat sensor when warmed up?
It would seem strange if it were something on the intake side, I did spend a short time looking at manifold live data when running but didn't pay much attention to it.

Any sensible suggestions most welcome.
