United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black
[For Sale] L322 2008 vogue s.e overfinch

Here I have for sale my cherished and meticulously well maintained GENUINE range rover 3.6TDV8 overfinch based on the vogue s.e, in the gorgeous colour Rimini red with contrasting gloss black wheels, grills and inserts. A real head turner, in which people always compliment the car for its unusual colour.
I have owned this car for the last 4 years and believe me it has wanted for nothing. If it needed doing, it was done regardless of cost. It was cleaned and polished every few months, using only Harley's carnuba wax to keep that gorgeous red bodywork sparkling. In the 4 years I've owned it i have spent over 6.5K in keeping it tip top and maintained regardless.
When I purchased the car, it didn't come with the overfinch certificate, however I managed to purchase one direct from overfinch.

MOT expires on 19.11.2024
Mileage 133k

This range rover is fully loaded and I still have the build sheet which I'm sure 99% of the options was ticked.
Specs are:
Electric heated and cooled seats in a beautiful ivory and ebony leather
Auto headlights and wipers
Rear TV/DVD screens in headrests, complete with remote control and 2 X headphones.
Cruise control.
Privacy glass all round
Heated front screen
Fuel burner heater, which works perfect and is great in the winter to warm car up and defrost on cold winter mornings.
Heated steering wheel
Flappy paddle gear shift (which I retrofitted)
Waterfall lighting
Electric sunroof fully working.
Heated rear seats
Multimedia interface that works perfect, satnav, TV, DVD, radio etc etc.
Cornering lights
And obviously loads more that come as standard on the car.

As I've said, I've spent 6.5k on it since my ownership which includes, roof, spoiler and rear tailgate resprayed £1200
New third brake light and and roof mounted GPS aerial (genuine).
2 X top intercooler hoses £160
New o/s air intake manifold and service £1200
New front and rear brembo discs and pads £900
Front and rear diffs fluid changed along with the transfer box £200
Wheels refurbed November last year £565 plus had 4 brand new iota accelera 285/40/22 tyres fitted which have only done 500 miles if that. £460
Only last month I paid £1217.00 to have the n/s air intake manifold replaced, o/s exhaust manifold replaced and also a new secondary radiator. When the car was in the garage, I had them to check the turbos and have them a clean bill of health.
I have done a oil and filter change every 5-6k miles.
Egrs have been blanked off and also had it remapped.
Brand new Exide battery fitted on 20/04/2024 which I've wrote on battery that was ordered from tayna batteries.
I have a huge pile of receipts from myself and the previous owners, who also spared no expense in keeping the car well maintained. It has full service history backed up by receipts, with leather wallet, service book, handbook and others.
The air suspension works as it should, along with the terrain response off road modes. I have lightly taken it off road across fields and water crossings but nothing too heavy like rock crawls, deep mud ect ect.
No warning lights on dash, no oil or water leaks, drives absolutely beautiful just as it should being a range rover. Just waft along in sheer comfort or if you fancy a bit of hearing the awesome V8 roar then use the paddle shift for that push back in seat effect.

Bad bits (it is a range rover)
1 key, lost when moving address, though hopefully I'll find it.
Paint bubbling started on both inner rear door arches and upper tailgate. (Common)
Wheel center caps missing, knobhead at wheel place lost them.
The electric seats have stopped working, had this officially confirmed as a faulty seat ECU.
I have 2 brand new front drop links that will come with car as these was an advisory for the last MOT.
Some light scratches but doesn't detract the look of the car.
Front grills have stone chips.
The drivers side A-pillar is black not in Rimini red colour as the paint shop didn't refit it correctly and it flew off driving along the M5. I do have the correct spray paint colour, primer and clear coat but just not had the time to do it. These will also come with the car.

This is a truly amazing looking car and will be sad to see it go, but I've just bought a 2011 4.4 overfinch as I've recently moved address and changed jobs so won't be doing as much mileage.

I have been honest with the description as I couldn't be an unscrupulous seller because I wouldn't like it done to myself.

Viewings and test drives are welcome, car is at my works address and currently sorned.
Here's a link to my post on here that will give you more insight to the history of the car whilst in my ownership.

Bank transfer only. The car will only be released when funds have cleared into my account.

I do have more pics, please just ask and I will send them to you. If you require any more info then feel free to get in touch.

£6500. I am open to offers. I'm not sure if I'm asking too much but I'm sure someone will advise me.

I would say its more the colour, its quite marmite if you know what I mean, the same goes for the seats etc, I am sure there will be someone who will want a car like that but I think that you need to cast your nett further....... eBay, auto trader etc...... good luck with it mate

Is that a good price or bad price mrglover?

Andy, I actually thought it would sell a lot quicker being in Rimini red and being an unusual colour. Everybody I know loved the colour and I do too. It's been on eBay and auto trader, but had a lot of time wasters and stupid 2k offers. I might put it back up again and see what happens.

Reckon just swopping out the wheels for standard silver would broaden it's appeal to most L322 enthusiasts by making it look less 'urban'. Likley you could sell the wheels for more money than you would make with them attached to the car. I don't reckon the colour is a problem in itself nor the interior. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Reduced to £6000 Ono. It's in my place of work and will need to be gone very soon as getting 3 new trucks so won't be any room.

Still not sold. Debating whether to just to strip it down and sell parts, such a waste though.

Looks a nice car. Don't mind the colour but really dislike the overfinch exterior.

Don't suppose that could be removed along with changing the wheels (as mentioned above)? John

I do believe the bumpers can be taken off and standard bumpers bolted straight on with no additional fabricating.
