Yes, delete / deactivate all, and put them back one by one so they are in the order you prefer .

My three main ones are sat nav, climate, media.
I really use four, so only swipe left on odd occasions for number four , three other also rans are there if needed . Others not activated. Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits.
