Looking at a 2017 L405 that seems to only come with one key. Can probably live with that but as sometimes wife might drive to the station and leave car there then I pick it up later two keys are more convenient. Had a search but can only find refurb posts. Anyone happen to know what a complete new key might cost. Assume would have to go to MD for this?

My car only came with one key, found a guy on the net who cut me a duplicate (mobile car keys) and coded it in 30 seconds.
It's my spare which sits in the safe, but I checked all the functions first.
Cost £180.

wow! OK much cheaper and easier than I expected. No wonder these cars have the easy to steal reputation!
