Whilst hoovering the floor mat on the drivers side today i noticed a button on the plastic panel above, it reminds me of a Ford Escort window switch, however of course i pressed it and all the dash and main screen came to life, the steering wheel lowered just like when the key is in position two. When i let the switch go everything goes off again and the wheel returns to the up position. It does not matter which way it is pressed it does exactly the same. I have done a search but came up with nothing and i can't find reference to it in the owners guide either. Does anyone know what it is for as i can't see any point to it at all.
