Specific part of wing mirror trim needs replacing

Hi all,

I can't quite work out how to replace this section of wing mirror trim on the left off side mirror in terms of findings the parts online. Has the whole section attached to the body snapped off or is it a section that can be replaced individually?

Any ideas appreciated - looks really ugly from the inside!
