If it's from the boot ( trunk) area then it could be the suspension compressor topping up the air resovoir. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

It could just be the air conditioning system flaps moving about. Every so often mine do this audibly - I guess when the amount of movement is significant. Most of the time I hear nothing. I find it's especially noticeable when it happens if it's the ones controlling airflow to the rear seats (i.e. under the central cubby). 2012 TDV8 Westminster in the New Forest

when stationary raise and lower the suspension to off road height twice and you should hear the compressor running as it refils the resovoir so you will know what it sounds like. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |
