L320 - Passenger Seat removal/ Plastic Floor pieces

Hoping someone can provide some guidance on how to remove these floor plastic pieces so I can remove the seat/ replace the seat cushion. Attaching pic / both almond colored floor plastic pieces are very snug, and I can't seem to find but 1 screw (for right side) to remove but it still didn't help the one side.

Lever them out - there are two or three metal clasps holding them securely which makes it quite tight to remove. Plastic tool, gently work your way around, but ultimately it needs some force!

Thanks for the info Ballast.

Curious when you say work around them, am I pulling UP or AWAY from the metal rails the chair sits on?

Definitely up - they're pressed down into the floor. They are tight!
