Anyone else having problems uploading pics, or is it just me?

These are the instructions I got from Scarey

click on gallery under the big fullfat.com logo
then on the black banner, click on upload photos
click on browse and select the picture on your pc/laptop
press continue four times and this will bring you into your album
select/click the picture you want and it'll increase in size
where it says bbcode full size, click on it so the whole line goes blue then copy and paste that into your post.

When I try I dont get anything when I click the black banner, no options to upload etc. What am I doing wrong please?  2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'

i use another site to store my pics i.e myspace then when i want to post them on here i just go to properties and copy its url "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"

It works fine for me. I can even do it from my iPad and they aren't always forum friendly No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE

so when you click on the 'gallery' word do you get this page

it could be that your photo resolution is too high, IIRC there is a file size limit in the gallery. Yes I get that page, but if I click the black banner I get nothing. Left click nothing, right click I get the standard list of back, forward, reload, bookmark this page. Nothing else. I know I have managed at some point to get two pics into my own gallery but I have never been able to upload one. Im wondering if I managed to do it on another computer and this one is  2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'

Err.... what buttons? I don't get any buttons appearing.............

Just checked your post, my screen does not show those options on the black banner, when I press Gallery I get:

Home, My Favorites, Search, Log in ( despite being logged in ) 2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'

try logging in the second time if it lets you, if no joy pm martin ..

Nope nothing, keeps going around in circles, log in click Gallery, back to log in. That will be a pm to Martin then.... 2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'

last thing i can think off is in your profile make sure 'always allow bbcode ' and always allow html' must be marked as 'yes'..

Hi trafpol,

Sorry you're having problems. It would appear that the Gallery isn't picking up the fact you're logged in at the forum, hence you don't get the upload option.

Please try logging out from the forum (Log Out on the grey bar), then go to the gallery and follow the log in link from there. This should log you back into the forum, and take you straight back to the gallery - where hopefully you'll now be logged in.

Let me know if this doesn't sort it.

Tried that and just going around in circles. Keeps going to the login screen when Gallery clicked and I log in from there. I am shown as logged in on any other area of the site. 2006 MY Autobiography. With 'toys'

Right, the problem would seem to be a localised issue. The site is working fine but you are having problems.

Could be a number of things, hardware, software, browser etc. You could try a few things.

Have you tried logging on from a different computer? What browser are you using? Have you tried deleting cookies etc? No longer FF owner but still interested. Present car Jaguar XE
