In my transmission I have "1068 227 039". I do not changed this for a new but as I remember it was consisted of two parts and I split it, clean and assembly together.

About EDS 5 - Is it possible that the computer is getting the current wrong on this EDS slot and thus there is no proper control at this location? - I gave all the EDSs and MVs a check. I had two EDS wrong and one MV. He sold me good parts - that's what he said. Maybe he was lying. And after that I had not considered it.

Some weekend I wll move the EDS and we will see.

Thanks for all answers.

Hello,

I removed valve block and I have checked one more time all orifice and everything was on correct position. I replaced EDS 5 damper for a new. I swapped places EDS 5 with EDS 2 and nothing was changed.

I was at mechanic for computer diagnostic but, He told me that he need take off valve body and check.
I have made an appointment with him for 12 August. And we will see.

Phil, do you have any more solutions?

Thanks

It’s sounding less likely that this is a valve block issue, and more likely that it’s a mechanical or hydraulic fault with the E clutch that happened during the rebuild.

Phil
