My 405 is in the shop and needs a radiator (part number above) Garage says on back order and no idea when they can get one and if they do its £768 +VAT.

Question is I can order on line a britpart or other aftermarket ones for a fraction of that with next day delivery, we need the car urgently for towing as the L322 has a cracked manifold (yes I am lucky )

What do you good people think??

I’d buy the aftermarket one, you need the car … it’s unlikely that it won’t work just fine for a part like that. V8 or else ...
