There is a wiring harness that runs inside from the right rear corner across behind the rear right seat which can move and then get squashed by the seat causing damage to some wires. Various electrical faults can occur depending on which wires are shorting together. |

Yes, i ended up simply running a few cores of a data cable spliced to the corresponding wires coming out of the ECU on the front passenger side and passed them down under the door plate then up around that side of the back seat into the spare wheel well and drilled a hole through there and pulled the cores up close to the height sensor and spliced the sensor & data core wires together...this fixed the problem and its still working fine! |

Ah thanks, how come you had to drill a hole, couldn’t you use where the original wire was? |
