2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zermatt Silver

BMW X5 E53 4.4 V8 Bosch 5.7 ABS ECU into 03 L322 4.4 V8?

Given that the 02-05 L322 Range Rover and the E53 BMW X5 share many common parts, would the Bosch 5.7 ABS DSCIII ECU from the BMW work in the RR if it was coded with INPA/Tool 32?
