Quite frankly, looks like a standard third brake light to me. |

Standard third brake light ffrr lover. However, a word of warning, do not buy an aftermarket one from powerful UK, waste of money. If funds can allow it, get a genuine one. I bought the aftermarket one from powerful and it didn't last a year, wasn't impressed at all. Now fitted with genuine. Bit of a faff to change though unless you are 12ft tall. Take inner plastic cover off top of rear tailgate, remove the 3 bolts to remove the whole of the top tailgate trim, be careful when removing last bolt that the trim doesn't drop down and get damaged or damage the car, remove the 2 torx screws holding the spoiler on to the trim, again be careful that it doesn't drop down causing damage. Follow the wire from the light to the plug, remove plug and the light just slides out. Easy to re-assemble, better if 2 of you. When I refitted the spoiler, I put some self adhesive foam around the spoiler fixing face. This was to stop the water running down the back of the screen after washing it off or when it rained. Hope that helps you out a bit. |
