UK trailer wiring harness on US 2004 L322?

I’m wondering if I can install this UK trailer wiring harness on my US 2004 L322:

https://www.island-4x4.co.uk/towing-electr...-8061.html

They say it’ll work with up to 2006.

Questions:
Is the vehicle electrics where you install the harness identical between US and UK on a 2004 L322?

Is there any issue in converting from the 13-pin connector to US 7- or 4-pin connector?

Any other gotchas? I don’t know what I don’t know

(Why am I considering this? Because I desperately need to find a wiring harness and none seem to be available in the US for my rig.) 2004 RR HSE 22k miles

Thank you! I guess they provide all the possible options for the different countries. I've contacted them. 2004 RR HSE 22k miles

Australia 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Java Black

I have had a 2003 and a 2007 in Australia and both had factory harnesses both wired totally wrong for Aus. I had to rewire both and run an electric brake trigger from the LCM in the rhs footwell to the EB controller then a wire to the trailer plug. Only other issue is the car will send test pulses to the trailer lights which will flash if they are led. 2007 TDV8 VSE
