First Problem - Rear doors wont open from the inside- SOLVED

Ok so I know this moment was going to come at some stage.

But after 13 months of trouble free motoring, today my rear passenger was unable to get out of either of the rear doors without the help of me opening from the outside.

I've tried locking and unlocking and it didn't work. Its like involuntary child locks.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I've got a warranty so hoping this will cover it.

are you sure you haven't accidentally pressed the child lock button on the top of the door by the mirror adjuster? I did that without realising, the warning light on it is difficult to see First time FFRR owner

no problem, I did exactly the same, possibly when cleaning or just knocked it on accidentally. Very Happy First time FFRR owner
