Hi
When i purchased my 2012 westminster tdv8 4.4 it had a couple of warnings on the dash - Air Suspension fault and adaptive dynamics fault (with warning triangles). it drives fine and the suspension height is ok and can be lifted up / down and the warnings will clear with the 'ok' button on the steering wheel, but come back as soon as the car is turned off / on. also, when turned off the car suspension lowers.
I have used my icarsoft range rover code reader which indicated that the front right ride height sensor was the cause of the issue. I have removed the sensor and the swivelling arm is very stiff -so i will replace it. I have read the part numbers that are stamped onto the sensor these are ah42 3 c097 bd, dl6tc, 304043 and 12055. When i search for this on the ebay / amazon these exact part numbers arent shown -there are different variants for sale. Can anyone please provide the correct part number.
I replaced a ride height sensor on my prev 2002 td6 and didnt need to calibrate it, however, is that the same with the 2012 mode or do i need to have it calibrated (as my code reader doesnt have this facility)?
Thanks for your help.
Tom
