My FFRR is for sale after 6 years of ownership. It has the later wider 10.2”touchscreen with real HVAC controls. The MY17 4.4 is the sweet spot when it comes to L405’s. It has a full LR Dealer service history and all its MOT’s. It’s in Loire blue with the light interior and is in good condition all round. The paintwork has been machine polished and cleans up a treat. The calipers have been painted Ferrari Rosso red to brighten them up.

All this means you can start the car to heat/cool it before you get in from your phone. It also has timed climate so you can heat the car by fuel burning heater automatically every day before work (remote control included for manual operation).
You can unlock the car from anywhere and relock. If you lose it in a car park you can get the car to beep and flash its lights.

The car drives beautifully without any rattles. There is an extended LR warranty on the car until July which can be transferred at cost (£145/month). Last service was January 2024 and MOT just carried out and good to 29/3/25. The car is booked in at Lookers Chelmsford on 15/4 for a replacement heater valve under warranty which is said to be a few days work. The part is already on site so the car can be collected from me any time after that. I have all paperwork and invoices related to any work carried out but it’s all normal service stuff. Brake pads are EBC green stuff which preserve the discs and help keep the wheels cleaner. New discs fitted last year in place of the originals at 90000 miles. The rear lower control arms on the front have both been replaced, one last year and one this. Can’t think of anything else but if I do I’ll update the post.
Just time for a change after all this time.
LR have offered £21500 against an almost new vehicle so I’m going to offer it out to you guys just like I did with my old D4 which went to a site member. A tidy saving of about £5k for someone if they fancy it on a car with a warranty. Obviously no offers as I’ve had this price offered already.

Warranty good until July but you need to pay the monthly payment to continue it.

I love my car. I have from the moment I drove it from the dealership. It was 15 months old and I was a very happy chappie. I still am tbh. It’s been brilliant at everything I’ve asked of it.
