Dead radio

Hi i have seen a few threads but none with my exact problem, basically i had the car in for welding work and the battery went dead on the car. To be fair the guy charged it up and got the car into a garage to clear the faults that came up. Problem is my radio screen is totally dead and it won’t turn on wven if i pish the power buttom the screen is just dead. Does anyone know what i should check for?

Thanks in advance

Try a reset - remove the battery and then connect +ve to -ve on the car. Give it 5 mins or so after you’ve disconnected the battery before you do it.
