Help please - rear bumper part number

Before Christmas an idiot bus driver scraped along the back of my rear bumper and the bus company are paying for a replacement. Car is in the body shop this week and they are now trying to source the new correct part (they have ordered standard RR bumper). Main dealers seem unable or unwilling to help.

As you can see mine has the twin chrome exhaust ports which the body shop claim to be an after market fit. I am disagreeing as I think this was an optional extra back in 2016 which the previous owner would have chosen from new. This is on a Vogue SE 2016. They are trying to source the same. Any thoughts?

Agreed.

Looks very nice tho’, me likey.

You could go for a 2017 one with “no exhausts” this time, and escape the possible ravages of extinction rebellion by sticking a hybrid badge on the back…… Whistle Laughing “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

Thank you very much guys Bow down that does seem to be the one.

I think there are 3 options for me - replace with a new V Star style (if still available), repair the scratches / scrapes to existing (if out of stock) or swap out and fit the standard the body shop ordered in error.

What was also confusing me was JLR using pics and images like this in their RR brochure

V-Star one looks way better, then 2017, then original.

Only IMHO, of course. I’m totally biased to the 2017 PHEV “no exhausts” look, of course Bow down
