I paid £1,175 inc VAT in April 2021 for all the belts, pullies, tensioners and the water pump to be changed, all using OEM (or closest available equivalent) parts at Keith Gott near Alton, Hants. That included 4.5 hours labour and changing the coolant. Here are the parts (note this is for a 4.2SC so probably different for a diesel):

I'd definitely include the water pump as it's worth doing whilst its all apart.

I had my water pump cease on my 3.6tdv8 and it took the belt with it too. Replacing it cost £610 at my preferred garage. Unfortunately a couple of months later the alternator packed up too and my preferred garage couldn't look at it for more than a month (was December) so had it done at a local garage but that cost over a grand and took them far longer.

Seems to pay to go to the people who know what they are doing even if their rates are higher as they often can get the job done much quicker so cheaper in the long run. Current: RR L322 2010
