Foam seal/insulation under wheel arch??

Hello, anyone have a diagram or photo of the foam mounting areas on a 4.4 2012 under the wheel arches?

The foam seems to have been taped on, but the first I saw it was when it fell off (from the rear area of wheel arch trim, it could even have come down from wiper motor/ brake reservoir area).

Struggling to know where to refit it, but don't like to refit cars and leave parts out!

It fits adjacent to the still with the widest part at the bottom. I can’t remember exactly how. It’s purpose is to prevent mud & road silt from accumulating in the wheel arch, holding moisture and so causing corrosion. TDV8 4.4 2012

Cheers, I tried that, couldn't quite work out orientation but found a spot for it. Need to go in the other side soon so will try to carefully remove!

These often become soaked with road debris … the part number should be in the manuals provided here. If not you can get from dealer … I changed out all of these on a Volvo XC 70 I had … great piece of mind afterwards … ( I know …. Sick right !)

I recently renewed the crumbly ones at the rear of the bonnet and wing. They are there for a reason. Thumbs Up
