Range Rover lives on.

Well this was a rather large mess I wasn't expecting...and didn't need.

After my horse was hit by a car back in August, resulting in a large vets bill (and still fighting for payment from the company who caused this) our Range Rover failed its MOT....on sills and front subframe!
I knew back in May that the rear arches and sills wanted attention so was booked in for work in November, but I wasn't expecting this much work!
Sills where shot and arches where in a very bad way, so the body shop cracked on with it and have done a neat job, with the wheels all coated she now looks great.
The next operation was the subframe, so a local garage who looks after our noddy cars said they would have a go, this was probably not there best job....after they changed it the suspension was all to cock and they couldn't sort that out.....so a trip to a landrover independent garage took this on and with an abs sensor playing up, they fixed that too.
You may ask why bother with an old l322 who is now 20 years old.....its part of the family!!!

So now she sits level....and now ready for towing my horse about once again!

6 stitches needed and rest....lots of it. The swelling over the next few days was huge.

In December my vet gave me the go ahead to start rehab work in walk only, starting with 15 minutes and increase 5 minutes each week.....we are now well over the 45 minutes he wanted and up to 1hr 30 min. If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Baltic Blue

Sorry to hear about your horse, I hope he continues with his recovery.

Looking at the after pictures of the wheel arch on your Range Rover, they’ve done a fantastic job of repairing that! It looks great.
