I've had nothing but Jaguars and Range Rovers for the past 25 or so years. But a bad dealer experience early last year resulted in me returning an Approved Velar as dangerous. It took months of fighting to get a refund but I eventually succeeded. Just as I started looking for a replacement, all this Land Rover theft and insurance nonsense blew up. Enough is enough, I decided so stormed off and just before Christmas, bought a nearly new Audi A8 with all the toys you could want. It took about two weeks of ownership to realise I had RR withdrawal symptoms. Looking up at other drivers just wasn't right. I didn't feel special any more. So on Saturday gave in to my cravings made a huge loss and traded my glorious A8 in for an approved L405 4.4 SDV8 Autobiography. Don't get it till next weekend though so still climbing the wall, staring at photos and videos. Hope to be better soon.
