Hi, I think it's fair that any vehicle over 2 tonnes, 2 metres wide & 5 metres long should have to pay extra, I mean they do take up more than a standard parking space.

I also agree they have not assumed that 4x4 are the only vehicles that fall into that category. Tesla's model S 2,069 Kg & Model X 2,335 Kg also fall into that category as will many electric cars purely on weight alone.

Pretty much anything high end, big BMW's Mercs, Rolls, Bentley etc. is going to be hit.
