An entrepreneur has started a community driven insurance initiative to attempt to get premiums that better reflect the measures car owners take to protect their vehicles. This has evolved out of the spate of Range Rover keyless entry thefts effecting MY 2013 to 2018 vehicles AND it is for all vehicles not just Range Rovers.

IMHO it’s an interesting initiative and worth while supporting to see where it leads as there is no obligation.

Trouble is that insurance premiums are not based on how safe or secure your car is. You could bury it under 6' of concrete and you would be still paying a similar amount to your neighbour with the same car who kept it on the street. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
