Has anyone got one of these ball joint splitters I can borrow? Or can anyone recommend one that isn't a 3 week lead time?

I've seen reference on here to the US PRO 6029 as per https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275503453312 but I don't fancy it.

I've seen both Laser 4931 & Sealey VS3814 and wonder if they'd be a better fit than the US pro and more useful in future, does anyone have experience?

Hi, I am also doing my front arms in the spring so if you buy a splitter you can sell it on the me?

I have the US Pro one, and used it to replace the front arms on my L405 earlier this year, so can confirm is fits OK, in fact did the job in seconds. (I have lots of pics with dimensions if you PM me)
Sorry, but I’m way up in Newcastle.

It’s not a bad job with the right tools, but best done in Summer if a driveway job with no lift. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

I did all 4 of mine a couple of months ago. A quick chap with a hammer and they all popped out real easy. I have a lift at home so makes things easier but still easy enough if you are on the floor with jacks. SDV8
