Valve block, Voss fittings

So I am confused, doesn't take much these days! Fitting new suspension valve block. Unscrew hoses, simple but then recommendation is to fit new VOSS fittings, not reuse the old ones.

To install hoses, are they just a push fit into the block or do you remove the brass fitting from the new block, thread the new fitting and place the collet on, then tighten (slightly!)

Can I just reuse the old fitting with new o-rings?

Any help appreciated and if anyone has seen a video on this, please pass it on.
